General terms and conditions
Price information:
- For every further person we calculate a surcharge of €18,00 - 35,00.
- The local tourist tax of €2.50 per person and per day (from 14 years) is not included in the prices.
- The prices are to be read per day and apartment for a minimum stay of at least 3 nights.
- For shorter stays we charge an extra fee.
- Contact us for our promotions and last-minute offers.
- The prices include all taxes, the expenses for electricity, heating, duties and for the final cleaning. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Internet:
Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire house.
Renting:
Generally the apartments are rented weekly, from Saturday to Saturday.
Pets:
Only dogs are allowed, but they must not be left alone in the flat. The surcharge is € 20.00 per day and dog.
Smoking ban:
Our guests are kindly requested to observe the smoking ban in the apartments.
Arrival and departure:
The apartment will be at your disposal from 2.00 p.m. of the arrival day until 9.30 a.m. of the departure day at the latest.
Cancellation conditions:
- Up to 30 days before the agreed date at no extra cost. We reserve the right to retain the deposit.
- From the 30th day before the date of arrival 75% of the package price.
- From the 15th day 100% of the package price.
