The local tourist tax of € 1,75 per person and per day (from 14 years) is not included in the prices.

The prices are to be read per day and apartment for a minimum stay of at least 3 nights.
For shorter stays we charge an extra fee.
• The prices include all taxes, the expenses for electricity, heating, duties and for the final cleaning. Bed linen and towels are provided for.
• Wireless Internet for free
• Generally apartments are rented weekly, that's to say from Saturday to Saturday.

Pets: Only dogs are allowed. The surcharge is € 15,00 per day and dog.

Smoking ban: Our guests are kindly requested to observe the smoking ban in the apartments.
•
Arrival and departure: The apartment will be at your disposal from 1.30 p.m. of the arrival day until 9.30 a.m. of the departure day at the most.

Cancellation conditions:
• Up to 60 days before the agreed date of arrival free of charge.
• From the 59th day before the agreed date of arrival 50% of the package price.
• From the 30th day before the date of arrival 75% of the package price.
• From the 15th day before the date of arrival 100% of the package price.
